Q: My car is quite new and is still covered by the manufacturers warranty. They told me I have to take the car to them for servicing or the warranty will be invalid. Their labour rate is £90 an hour and I really can�t afford that. What choice do I have?

A: We can carry out all the scheduled servicing on your car without affecting the manufacturers warranty. In order to do this, we will use genuine parts (supplied by the vehicle manufacturer), approved oils and lubricants and will use the manufacturers own service schedule. Any other repairs that are covered by a warranty claim can still be taken to a franchised dealer for free repair.


Q: How do I know that the parts fitted are of a suitable quality? What if it goes wrong again?

A: We only fit parts from leading manufacturers that have a 12 month warranty. We use Unipart, Quinton Hazell, MANN filters, Mintex and AP braking components and Bosch or Lucas electrical components. We only fit NGK or Bosch spark plugs and all our oils are supplied by leading manufacturers. We also fit many parts from the vehicle manufacturers. All our repairs are covered by a 12 month warranty and we guarantee the quality of our workmanship.

Q: Aren�t the technicians at main dealers better qualified to work on my car?

A: All our technicians are trained to NVQ3 standard � the same level as technicians at a franchised dealer. Our apprentice technicians trained alongside the trainees from the main dealers and have the same qualifications. Although main dealer staff gain greater experience of a particular make of car, the vast majority of jobs are similar for all makes and if we need specialist help for a more difficult job, we contact the manufacturers technical help department.
